This page explains how to have your account and your personal information removed from SBK Panch, the community directory app of the Shree Taluka Borivali Sindhi Brahma Kshatriya Panchayat.
How to request deletion
Directory entries are maintained by the Panchayat, so deletion is handled by us on request. Write to us using either of the following, from the email address or phone number in your entry where possible, so that we can identify you:

Please include your full name, the family your entry belongs to, and say whether you want your account closed, your directory entry removed, or both. You do not need to give a reason.
What gets deleted
- Your login account and sign-in records.
- Your directory entry: name, postal address, phone numbers, email address, date of birth, occupation, locality, photograph, and your family relationship links.
- Any messages you have sent us for support, unless we must keep them by law.
Where your name appears inside another family’s entry as a relationship — for example as someone’s parent or sibling — we will remove that reference as well.
How long it takes
We acknowledge every request and remove your details from the live directory promptly, and in any event within 30 days. Copies held in our routine backups are erased within a further 90 days.
Removing someone else’s details
If your details appear in the directory and you do not use the App yourself, you can still ask us to remove them. A parent or guardian may ask us to remove a child’s details. Use the same contact details above.
